CGFIA is not cash rich and there may be need for funds to get the mill up and running down the line including satisfying compliance issues.

Speculation on my part and that of others......but notice how the price stays within a very tight range irrespective of the volume. There have been posts showing a disproportionate number of shares bought versus sold - yet the price stays constant.

Why now? May be the funds are needed now to get the mill operating. I call it "controlled dilution" in that the price is kept tightly controlled in line with the buying that is occurring.

If the dilution - assuming it is occurring - is for the purpose of getting the mill up and running, it is entirely appropriate.

But hitting the ask when buying will not cause any price acceleration if dilution is, in fact, occurring.

Time will tell..................
