Back in the summer of '69 I was living in Redondo Bch, Calif with my brother who invested in a tilt-in window idea/invention of this Lithuanian co-worker. They made a prototype and we found some babe on the beach to model the window in our back yard.

This thing was awesome, nothing like it…. tilt-in/revolving features for easy cleaning..we had hotel owners/businessmen coming over to view this thing in the garage. The future looked great! Then I found out everything was on hold...the patent was still pending...we jumped the gun in my book..you know, the horse before the carriage.

It turns out the idea wasn't original, unbeknown to us a patent was on the books of a simular invention. Someone years before had the same idea but it never caught on but the patent none-the-less was still on the books.

We also found out it was about to expire in a year or so...everyone knows of the tilt in window today. Capitalized by everyone but the poor factory immigrant who we work with in Calif, who never got credit for his restoration of the idea.

We’ve got a product with a patent proven theory and market demands that are real and present. If management can get it together…there is no reason this shouldn’t become a success that the Orginal Share Holders/all of us for that matter can still profit from!
