I was a real estate agent for 9 years; personally renovated/flipped a house for a sizable profit...builders who get construction loans will draw on the amount credited to them for salaries, supplies etc..then pay this back once the property goes to closing.

I wasn't aware that the stipulation for the SFIO loan was any different. I hope you're correct!
