Excellent post, about time some sensible investor realized whats involved, this Sh-t doesn't happen overnight, we have years to go. Sure PPS will pick up and it will fall down, so what!! If your long and business educated, you will understand the work involved, planning, negotiating, patients, follow through processes, and laws that need to get through to get to the next step.
