How do you think the corporate structure will be resolved? Bill Whitmore can't even seem to file a simple 10Q on time and now is up against a self imposed deadline to file a definitive merger agreement.
Also, regarding BMG, I just heard from a friend Tuesday that they were not happy with the extreme dropoff in sales for Dave Matthews cd. Dropped to number 4 for week two. As a DMB fan I must say DMB Stand Up was not their best but I just hope BMG is not looking to lay bame for the poor sales on Mediamax. The share price did start dropping when the new sales numbers came out. Coincidence?
