how does this work...now that TS is gone? does the company fall apart because of this...or does the board have the authority to appoint a new president/ceo?

I wish there were some answers or whoever/whatever remains of this company can communicate with shareholders/public and give some answers! this is just insane!!!! will there be a larger scale investigations now on SFIO? or was the 09 case just an isolated incident involving 2 individuals?

amazing, how fortunes change in a day...we'll see what tomorrow holds...at least we can't lose much more now, since everything is almost gone lol
