I am betting the farm, for a merger, process the stuff, get you monies worth. Right now one of the largest processors of Lithium PPS is $64 PS. Add the price of Lithium went up 20%, "don't look a gift Horse in the mouth." This is the new gold, why WL would go through all the loops to get the concessions than turn around and sell it makes no sense to me. Merge!!!
