black promise of disclosure last month failed to make the PPS do much of anything
and so now black has had to raise the ante to the highest possible scenario that could make the PPS run.
but it's not running.
and when the latest news fails to make the PPS reach his goal, he'll be forced to "explain" to everyone that the deal simply didn't materialize.

surprise - surprise

after that, HNSS's fate will be left to a final erosion into the pink sheet boneyard.
