cassandra i agree with you, duplechan was brought on in a receiver like fashion until the shell could be moved to the new owner...there was never any intention of riverside recycling going into TLVA... and jehu hand may be acting on the part of a new owner or in that capacity for himself... ol jehu seems to be on the underbelly of his legal profession if thats posssible... lol
