Letter to Jack

As you may have already noticed, you don't have a lot (if none at all) support from the shareholders (that you have a responsibilty to improve the value of the company). You obviously have not done anything to improve shareholder value and no capability to take the company forward. I suggest you do the right thing and let someone more capable handle things from here on out. Just some friendly advice. As you are well aware, there are many shareholders working very diligenty to see you leave. Do us all a favor. I know you either won't read this or will dismiss this post outright, either way, do the right/smart thing, if you can.
