Mark, I agree with you, and why did it take from 2009 til 2011 to reveal a suit?? HMMMMM?? after the product was released and on the market?

I smell nasty fish, run the pps up, start a law suit, and short the heck out of it, sounds like a few got rich today. That's what I see and it's only my opinion!!!!!!!!!!
