so in your scenario where dutchess buys and buys shares (at dnap's discretion of course) but NEVER SELLS ANY SHARES.....what impact do you think that will have on the pps?
please don't explain the dilution, that's obvious, i'm strickly seeking input on the pps......one without selling pressure from dutchess....but yet one that can still respond positively to buying pressure created by pertinent developements at dnap.
and please don't cough up that old market cap relation you always do because imo there isn't a straight line correlation to dilution and market cap when applied to a start-up biotechnology entity.....we could argue all day about what we both feel is an accurate market cap for dnap....so don't anyalize this aspect either....just stick with the pps in the market itself.
