regarding your quote below...the deal is for $360 million for 3 years. They are giving an advance of $28 million prior to it. Then once everything is set, they say that the LOC will be increased to 100,000 tons of coal per month for 36 months for $103 per ton. That means each year its $103 million for 3 years which comes out to $309 million. Add the $28 million prior to it and you end up with something around $360 million.

The May 29 PR also indicates that after a satisfactory inspection, "the LOC will be increased to 100,000 tons of coal per month for 36 months at a price of $103.00 per ton". Increased from what? I see no mention of that in LOC document you posted. Is there another one somewhere containing that info to confirm what is stated in the PR?
