I was not comparing PGIE to the other stock for the purpose of overseas deals...overseas deals are common in todays world and most especially with energy related stocks. The other stock was claiming what I feel to be bogus financing from an overseas bank. I did a lot of DD on it and they have a history of deals that never came to pass. about a 3 or 4 year history.

I still have a little faith in this company....When my faith is gone you will see 3.5 million shares dumped. Until that day or IF that day happens I am holding and adding more as I see fit.
