No problem and i know we are in sinc as to our belief. Your exactly right on NAS listing @$1 min and if listed and there is a time frame, and i just cant remember what it is, that if you fall under that for this time period in concecutive days you are delisted. Thats a no-no.

If i mis stated on $4 i dont know where i wouild have got that. I just truly believe again PHAR is in this trading atmosphere in pinks by default coming in through BMGI shell buyout.

Such a totally different company than 99% of pinks because its primed and ready with a product that has merit in the mainstrain to capture market share in a lucrative area. They ,i hope will let this product and strategies shine and take hold drawing investors like flies on its own merit. When it turns a profitable qtr or two. Get in another listing where it deserves with r/s if need but just make sure with this good foundation it stays put and not delisted right back out.
