the 8 k is a legal doc. however if you read it closely GLER can claim it wasnt their fault they could not get financing. The second filing yesterday is a bank from Korea.. a slick way around prosecution for falsifying documents to the SEC. People who do the correct DD will see this and get rid of the stock. I sold every bit of stock this am.. this company is a total scam IMO
