While we keep re hashing this merger topic I believe that it is not a given that anything is definetly " done" what has been announced? Nothing! The merger was complete months ago? Cant be proven... In a nutshell, BRZL formerly a shell Corp gave I repeat gave Renfro a controlling interest in the company based on an opaque job description of helping or trying to help develop oil producing opportunities. BRZL was supposed to purchase from Renfro the assets of Renfro for 700k which we have no proof of this being consummated. As far as we know BRZL still has no hard assets other than the $22 a poster said they have in the bank. Everything else is an assumption, which I may add is somewhat compelling based on the outstanding DD of Packerfan and some others.however, again it is all innuendo based on good DD not and I repeat not documented fact! So we then get the argument that the old BRZL is gone and he new BRZL is in, big friggin' deal the new BRZL has the same amount of assets as the old one. What we have been waiting for is the proof of consummation that Renfro has sold his assets from RE to BRZL for the 700k that has been discussed to death again no prrof that this has happened either. Like Protrader has said many times without transparency the face of purported facts can be manipulated in many ways and the company does owe it's stock holders transparency and communication. Oh that's right Renfro can't be bothered with pinkie whiners! He only cares about PP? Well It's gonna be tough to sell discounted PP if the PPS hits .0001 so he better care about us! Everyone has been talking about people coming from he BYSD board over to this board and that there was no connection between those 2 companies... Well riddle me this batman did you notice that Gordon Johnson who is the CEO of BYSD while at Omni promoted our very own James Renfro to CEO and interestingly enough both boards shared multiple MODS as well! Johnson did a 250-1 RS and now has a float of only 8 million shares. What awaits us? Knobody knows because they haven't communicated anything to us. The above rant is purlely IMO. Still , "sitting on the dock to the Bay" with my millions of shares "watching the tide roll away!"
