Its going to be a company of Mr. DiGenova's, by Mr. DiGenova and for Mr. DiGenova.
btw.. with voting control you control the rules, which means they can be changed at any time including increasing shares and diluting.


Pardon me...but the non-convertable voting only preferreds would be held by Centacom Holdings Corporation...of which Mr. James Owens (founder) would be in charge...not Jeff DiGenova. And...it would take a vote by the BOD to authorize any changes in share structure.

Y'all need to get it into your heads that this ain't your Dean Bradley company...this one is real...with HONEST people at the helm.
