The 10q is old news...but necessary news in part to get us current. This clearly puts us on the right path. Like I said last night hours away..... more q's and then the audited 10k will be here soon enough. Might be slower than we hope but they have continued to deliver.

slight increase of 11 million shares but we should have no outstanding debt........... a pinkie with no debt!
