Not to be a downer but that is true on higher exchanges, unfortunately the OTC version sometimes has a negative connotation due to the schemes that some unscrupulous CEO's pull wherein they increase the a/s then sell into the market place pocket the money then run out of shares so they then do a R/S. Let it marinade for a while and then start again. It a simple wash rinse repeat scenario. While I don't believe that is what is transpiring here with TADF and the info you provided while good should almost have an OTC disclaimer,
