BioTech Medics Catches Cyber Basher!
Dallas, TX, May 23, 2005:
Keith Houser, CEO of BTMD announced that a Cyber
Basher has been identified and appropriate action
is being taken.
"The Cyber Basher has posted scores of misinformation,
libel, malicious defaming remarks about BTMD, and its
officers and directors since December 8, 2004. Hate
speech and threats were also a part of the postings. He
misused his employers computer and internet IP service
and was terminated from his employment for violating
company policy about misuse of company equipment.
We want to express our thanks to those who assisted
us in identifying this person," said Mr. Houser.
"We of BioTech Medics are open to constructive
discussion regarding our company, so long as it
is based upon facts and not specious allegations
that have no basis in fact. We will continue to track
down those who abuse or violate web site terms and
conditions, as well as their employer/company rules
& regulations and/or state or federal statutes.
The Cyber Bashers are intentionally hurting thousands
of BTMD shareholders by posting false, misleading
and libelous information on the internet. The Board
of Directors have a duty to defend the Company and
its shareholders against such malicious & criminal acts."
