...The company purchased NEW equipment..

NO VENO...The equipment "acquired" was OLD equipment veno.....it was purchased at an IRS inspired auction....the equipment formerly belonged to BUILDERS CHOICE Cabinets & Countertops...a TWICE FAILED COMPANY NOW KNOWN AS CIMA.

Pink Sheets...where failing private companies come to die.
