MDS - Relax. Where the hell did you get R/S from. It is just a Name Change and takes about three to five settlement days before you get your new shares. Due to the Name Change the Companies shares now have a new Cussip#. You cannot sell your shares until the broker gets the new shares in exchange for the old ones. If your broker lets you sell the old shares it will go as a short sale and you will have to cover buy buying back them shares. Hope this helps.

BTW - The last PR in Feb stated that Premier Publishing Group would change its name to Premiere Opportunities Group.
