I have a pretty substantial holding, not as much as some, but quite a bit. I have done substantial due diligence on IMGG, Dean Janes, the DViS, have read the patent and have reviewed the scientific literature. I have also examined the FDA response. There are no questions that I can identify concerning the viability of the DViS. The technology is sound. The issue seems to be administrative only. When dealing with the government you must play by the government's rules, even if you don't like them. If IMGG submits a proper application that adheres to all of the FDA's rules and answers their questions, I believe the DViS will be approved. I believe the stock price that some people are expecting is unrealistic, but I think a price north of $1/share, possibly even $1.50/share is realistic.
