My thoughts on the QASP CC:

If a CEO says "I don't know" He A.) Could give a ____ and doesn't care to know...or B.) He knows...and isn't saying.

So why have a CC in the first place?

So there's "I don't knows" in the CC so thats enough for me to write the CC off and QASP in general. I think it's a combo of A and B.
