I placed a call to the 1-888-Sub-To-Go line about 10 minutes ago. The phone was quickly answered by a representative who seemed quite pleasant. I didn't order anything, but they are certainly in business and I could hear other phones ringing in the background.

I would think that the company must be close to updating us! Even if the transfer isn't ready just a brief status update for investors to say where they are and how much longer they anticipate this process to take.
