Same thing happened to me last year. I put in a test market order to sell some SMAS shares, and it didn't execute. Back before the 10-day suspension and going onto the gray market, my broker used to route my SMAS trades through MM Nite. Now we're really at the mercy of the gray market where trades are matched up by brokers. Still, close to 200 million shares of SMAS have traded on the gray market since SMAS came off its 10-day suspension. I personally don't have any orders in, but clearly some people do, which accounts for the volume.
