There will be room for us (Q swaps) after the 450 mm restricted commons are turned into non-convertable, voting only preferreds. A/S will still be 500 mm...and have plenty of room for us...and will even be reduced again...per today's PR.
Also, Centacom intends to implement a course of action that would further lower the outstanding share count. This course of action will involve the retirement of the 450,000,000 shares held by the parent company in exchange for the creation of a non-convertible, voting only, Preferred class of stock. After this step, the authorized share count would again be lowered.
