I've never seen people so overjoyed to have a stock be labeled "no information".

If it was warranted, wouldn't it have gone to "current" today rather than "no information"? Maybe the Disclosure statement isn't enough for that. Maybe they have to show that they'll file quarterly statements, first.

Oh well. Baby steps.
