From what I could find from 2005 Parent was CEO and left the co. for family reasons and was sued by some of the employees. I do not think they are in business now. Also, some questionable deals with 'investors' from what I could gather from Google. I have seen him as Steve and or Stephen Parent from Arizona. Please feel free to correct me or add to this.
