Seymore, I understand your frustration. We all are in the same boat here. The key to the Colorado portion of this company is the mill approval. Without the mill running, we are in the same position as the other mines around Silverton. Lots of potential, but no way to realize it economically.
Now, I made the distinction of the Colorado portion of CGFI, because IMVHO, the new uranium acquisitions in Utah represent a new "division" (my words) for this company. I believe, and I know people will correct me if I am wrong, but it requires a different milling/ separation process for uranium. That means a separate facility to refine that ore. So, the news today puts the acquisition in the same category as the Colorado mines. Lots of potential, but how do you realize it?
We know the mill is in Colorado, but waiting for approval. That is one piece of half the puzzle. The missing piece for the Utah property is also a mill. I don't know what the answer to that question is yet. I'm sure that is being worked on as we speculate here. And the market sees the same puzzle I do. Where/when are the missing pieces to this puzzle going to develop? If we knew that answer, then your observation about the PPS being in the .07 range probably would be very conservative.
In the mean time, we ride the question mark. The up side of this equation that I see is that the price has stayed in the same range for months now. Many people keep crying "DILUTION". if this were real dilution, then the price would be falling like a rock. But we don't see that.
I'm satisfied that the price is remaining level right now. But, if the mill fails to materialize, then we have reason to worry.
I know that there are a lot of contrary opinions out there. And you will look at charts and graphs and show me that I can't be correct. But I have admitted in the past that charts are not my thing. I approach this company from a manufacturing / production background. I analyze things different. And this is how I see our present situation. This is all my humble opinion, so please be kind when you disagree.
