Seatrade, I wonder what happened to the new tubes, that were about to be laid and other equipment we had to have a full blown PBR. In other words, what I know is there was equipment, tubes, system software etc. to have a working PBR and all I have heard about the actual system is that the operating software was taken in the computer that was stolen. So what happened to the rest. One thing is true that I have seen and is my opinion, its this: The plans were in place, the system was working, BEHL was so close to a finished project then the financing fell through.
