Thanks katallage. That addressed plenty available but not how much is cost to extract. Seems that is also being challenged (CNBC interview). It would be nice to hear more from independent analyst on that issue. Is the total cost to extract in $7 or $3 dollar range? NG companies saying $3-3.50. But some saying they are not including the total cost and it should be near $7.

I hope that $7 number is wrong and was for older less efficient extraction methods. Maybe someone here has some independent est for that info.
