I have a theory with no evidence to back it up.

I think that the Utah connection will allow CGFIA to expand production capability (milling) in Utah while avoiding the more stringent requirements that Colorado imposes. The Utah properties are 50-75 miles from Silverton and production capabilities (milling) in both locations could very well prove to be synergistic!
