Maybe someone should give them a call and see whats up. I called just now to check the number was legitimate. I got a voicemail stating I had reached Pan Pacific International.

In that message Peter sent he said the stock should be publicly available for trade within 90 days. That message was on March 24th. It's June 29th. So that window has obviously passed...so only God knows whats going on with our useless little dividend.
