I can tell u the first mention of the S-1 in an SEC filing was on the March 22, 2011 8-K filing.
I believe we can reasonably assume that the quiet period began in March at the latest. That would mean we have been in a quiet period for at least 3 months. The term "expedited S-1" has been used repeatedly and would indicate to me that they are looking to get this out faster than normal. I hope this is correct. At worst, I would like to see everything out and running by the end of August.
As an investor, I truely believe it will be soon. I am also excited about the demo that I believe could be released simultaneously with the S-1.
Hope this helped.........
