There is no way to do proper due diligence when nothing can be verified. You either take Black's word for everything or you don't but that's not due diligence. And it doesn't matter what exchange the stock is traded on. And Black said he was going to give us complete disclosure but the $.01 "buyout offer" sidetracked that a week before it was going to come out after waiting for it for almost 3 months. What a surprise!!!
