Thanks. I'll have to stop by more, looks like a solid board. The float on VCRT is 39 million and O/S around 47 million. I'm going to get in touch with the transfer agent tomorrow and see what else I can find. What I like is the uptrend and insider buying. Here's some more info, its a report from April so it is a few months old but has a lot of good info in it.
