alan, do you realize there are HUNDREDS if not thousands of pinksheets and otc's that are sitting in people's accounts that are pretty much dead, and most of them were probably naked shorted to the tune of millions and millions of shares, and they still sit there. no justice coming to them, no day of compensation or damages. they are just sitting along with so many other otc's in a graveyard of defunct stocks, naked shorted to be sure (almost if not all of them), and there is nothing that will cause those holders to be spontaneously rewarded or compensated or the like.

is bcit any different? should we really expect anything different?

It is good to hope, but false hope, or irrational hope, can be damaging. i am NOT saying to give up on bcit, but let's differentiate as to why this BCIT, having been rap-ed and pillaged by naked shorters as so many, many others, sits in a different outcome scenario.

what say you? or others?

Clearly, for one, THERE HAS TO BE LEGAL MANUEVERS EMPLOYED HERE, at the least.
