Issuing out Cheap Shares from AMHD treasury will NOT cost 70% in fees.
An opinion letter to make the shares free trading ($2,500) and $500 to the transfer agent to issue the shares are really the only costs that Aziz would have incurred other than brokerage fees charged of no more than 1%.
