Another member of this board Old_schooler got a response from the CEO today. Refer to post: 28111



The CEO has responded to me this morning indicating that indeed they are in a black out period.

The black out or quiet period has been requested by the acquiring company while finalizing the deal.

"Further, it is of note that short sellers increase their false and libelous attacks when they are on the verge of taking significant losses. As such, these attacks are a very positive sign"
