You saying company with 400K assets and 4.5 million liabilities will get a revenue of $1.1 Billion this current fiscal year. This is unbelievable.

As of the Last 10-Q filed on April 19th, It says this company is a Development Stage Company meaning no revenues. Looking at the recent news, It looks like the company has started generating some revenue but I don't see any filing to see that the company is changed from Development Stage Company to Revenue Generating company. I think this is the Security vilolation. JMO. I have seen some similar stocks suspended recently.
