The buyout price of $.01 is a joke(EPS stated by Black to be $.01 so he is selling for a P/E of 1?). Given that fact, Black should have told the prospective buyer to shove it and open up the bidding to get the best price for shareholders(which also includes himself by the way). I am sure that would have happened if the financials are what he says they are. But then again, they haven't been independently audited so who knows what they really are. GLTA
