Market makers can do much more than we can. yes they can and do short. I keep my level 2 up all day long. Sometimes you will see certain mms bidding at .003 and selling at.0033 easy 10% for them. I am sure they are not shorting this stock yet....but buying at .003 and selling at .0039 is GOOD profit for daytrading. also they keep it in their range so others get disgusted and sell. CSTI is one of the big reasons I keep this stock. while they can be a pain in the backside.....when they leave they get scared and wait. Then is when you see the stock take off.
