Did I hear Owens mention something about converting the remaining restricted shares into voting only shares?



Yes, I believe the skinny is: preferred shares will be created...common shares will be swapped for the preferred shares...and then THESE COMMON SHARES WILL BE CANCELLED!!!

This story is getting better and better...pretty soon it will be hard for some to put the book down!!!

I hope you all get to see Kendricks interview....
