Rick Heddle is still in the game last I heard. Not sure about Sousa. 0 for 3? I think you should include deals that have been successful, the referral contract with Smurfit-Stone, two sales contracts, feedstock agreements with Smurfit-Stone, Waste Management Inc. and Chrysler, and the JV's that are to be announced soon, one we know for sure is with Smurfit-Stone (now Rock Tenn). The majority of promises from JBI have been kept as demonstrated by the fact they are fully permitted and selling fuel (timelines have been longer than expected but I can live with that as I have confidence JBI will continue to meet business plan goals). No business successfully completes all potential business deals, things change and either side will back out if it's not good for their company.
