I'm saying that I was told, very reliably, the IP is owned by Boyd's brother and not IIS, therefore IIS owns nothing and IIS share are virtually worthless if the company owns nothing. The ramifications of this, if true, I don't know but I'm sure hopeful that more people shake the bushes to find moe info.
