Just read article where republicans are proposing we sell our gold held by treasury dept and other assets to help fund the deficit. And get this.... individuals would have to sell their gold too. Can you think back to 1933????? Ron Paul R-KY (I think they meant Rand Paul, his son) made statements to that effect. Check this out.....
