(pk:DNAD) has accepted the return of 20m shares of the company's common stock to the treasury. In their continued work on the Issued Share Capital, DNA has accepted back 20m shares from an officer who decided not to take up his post at the company and has awarded 8m shares to long standing DNA Studios Key Members. The action was completed on Monday June 27th 2011.
