The small power producers do not have money to spend on lawyers. Do they think they will get a court to overturn the NHSEC and NHPUC?

That is not their plan. They just want a new PPA and they are trying to hold a gun to PSNH head.

Berlin will get their much needed economy boot. Jon Edwards will rent out his apartments to the construction workers and the plant will be built.

I do wish we owned some of the Berlin plant. But now I have to schedule a trip to Ware and New Bedford, Massachusetts.
